Photographer and a Little Gentleman: Baby Boy Newborn Session in the Hills District

There’s something undeniably heartwarming about photographing a baby during their first weeks earth side. This week in my Hills District studio, I had the joy of capturing one of the sweetest little guys—just eight days new and full of personality.

From peaceful yawns to those perfect little stretches, his session was filled with tender moments. We opted for a soft palette of warm neutrals , using gentle textures and timeless props to bring out his natural charm. His tiny fingers wrapped around Dad’s thumb, and Mum's eyes sparkled as she watched her boys together—it was pure magic.

Every baby I photograph has their own story, and it’s such a privilege to freeze these fleeting days before they fly by. My approach focuses on baby-led posing and a calm, nurturing space so families can relax and enjoy the moment.
